Aluminium Dibond Signs
Full colour, digitally printed aluminium dibond signs. Premium quality, strong and lightweight. Fully weatherproof including strong winds. Ideal for permanent indoor and outdoor use.
Aluminium dibond is the strongest of the sign materials but is still lightweight. Aluminium dibond has two aluminium sheets sandwiching a polyethylene core giving it the highest strength to weight ratio. Aluminium dibond signs are also know as aluminium dilite signs, aluminium composite panel (ACP) signs and alucobond signs.
Aluminium dibond is most commonly used for premium quality outdoor signage and is particularly suitable for locations that experience strong winds. Aluminium dibond is available with a white background or a brushed silver background.
Aluminium dibond is popular for businesses needing permanent outdoor signage or anyone that wants the best possible material for their rigid signs.
Our aluminium dibond signs are supplied with 12.5mm rounded corners free of charge. If required, we can also include mounting holes in the four corners. For more information about the mounting holes, please see our corner holes page.

Printing
We digitally print using a high resolution 4 colour (CMYK) process to
print all logos, text and background colours onto our products.
Pantone® Colours
If Pantone® colours are used in your design we will use the CMYK Pantone® matching system to print your graphics using CMYK inks. Please note: There are many Pantone® colours that cannot be accurately matched using CMYK colours. If you use a Pantone® colour that cannot be matched it will be converted to the closest CMYK colour available. If printing on a vinyl other than white, the colour or effect of the vinyl may affect the final printed colour.

What is the minimum and maximum size for a dibond sign?
Minimum size: 100 x 100mm
Maximum size: 2000 x 1400mm
Can you supply my dibond sign with drilled holes in each corner?
Yes we can. When ordering your aluminium dibond sign on our website you can choose to add "corner holes" but these are not included by default. For more information, please see our corner holes page.
Can you round the corners of my dibond sign?
Yes. When ordering your aluminium dibond sign on our website you can choose to change the standard square corners to round corners.
