Reflective Vinyl Graphics

Reflective vinyl graphics are ideal for creating multi-coloured reflective signs, displays, retail signage, outdoor signs, graphics and large stickers, all with a strong self-adhesive backing. They will stick to almost all smooth, flat surfaces so the possibilities are endless!
Reflective vinyl graphics look particularly good with darker colours to contrast the light silver reflective colour. They look great with a reflective background or reversed so your text or design is reflective inside a black or dark background.
Our reflective vinyl graphics are printed using the latest high-tech wide format printers. All of our products are digitally printed, so there are no per-colour charges or hidden fees.
Your design is printed on to reflective vinyl and then accurately plotter-cut into your chosen shape. This means that almost any shape is possible for your self-adhesive reflective vinyl graphics.

Printing
We digitally print using a high resolution 4 colour (CMYK) process to
print all logos, text and background colours onto the graphics. When printing your design onto reflective vinyl, the white sections of your design will become clear, which will show through the reflective surface of the vinyl itself.
Pantone® Colours
If Pantone® colours are used in your design we will use the CMYK Pantone® matching system to print your graphics using CMYK inks. Please note: There are many Pantone® colours that cannot be accurately matched using CMYK colours. If you use a Pantone® colour that cannot be matched it will be converted to the closest CMYK colour available. If printing on a vinyl other than white, the colour or effect of the vinyl may affect the final printed colour.

How are the reflective vinyl graphics supplied?
All of our reflective vinyl graphics are supplied in an easy-to-peel sheet format. Small graphics are supplied with multiple graphics per sheet, but larger graphics are supplied individually.
What is the minimum and maximum size for a reflective vinyl graphic?
Minimum size: 5 x 5mm
Maximum size: 1100 x 550mm
Radius corners: Optional
What shapes can I choose from?
Our reflective vinyl graphics are available in almost any shape you can think of. On our website you can choose from: Rectangle, Square, Circle, Diamond and Oval. Once you have chosen your shape you will have full control of the width, height and corner radius (if applicable) to tailor it to your requirements.
Alternatively, if you need a custom shape or need the graphic
contour-cut around the edge of your design / logo, you have two options:
1) You can choose "Custom" as the shape when ordering and upload
your image/design file(s) online. You can then add the product to your
shopping cart and checkout online.
2) Please email us,
attach your logo/design and explain your requirements. Our graphic
designers will be happy to put together a design for you to approve.
