PVC Banners & Mesh Banners
Full colour, digitally printed PVC banners and mesh banners. Perfect for promoting your business or event on a large scale. Waterproof and weatherproof with eyelets included for free.
We currently offer PVC banners printed on to four different materials:
1) Standard PVC banner vinyl (440gsm)
Standard PVC banner vinyl is perfect for small to medium sized banners and is the cheapest of the three materials. Standard banners are available in any size from 50cm x 50cm up to 5m x 1.4m.
2) Premium PVC banner vinyl (450gsm)
Premium PVC banner vinyl is slightly thicker than the Standard PVC banner vinyl with a higher strength rating. These characteristics make the Premium PVC banner material particularly suitable for larger outdoor banners. Premium banners are available in any size from 50cm x 50cm up to 5m x 3m.
3) Mesh banner vinyl (240gsm)
Mesh banners are ideal for areas where wind and weather conditions can be problematic for regular banners. The mesh banner material contains thousands of small holes that allow the wind to pass through. Mesh banners are available in any size from 50cm x 50cm up to 5m x 1.4m.
4) Double-sided banner vinyl (610gsm) - contact us for a quote
Double-sided banners are printed onto a thicker 610gsm banner vinyl without folded hems. This means that the banner can have different designs on each side. Double-sided
banners are available in any size from 50cm x 50cm up to 5m x 1.4m. Please note, double-sided banners cannot be ordered online. Please contact us for a quote.
Eyelets
Eyelets are metal-ringed holes at the edges of a banner used for mounting purposes.
Our eyelets are 24mm in diameter and the centre of the eyelet is positioned approximately 18mm from the edge of the banner.
We offer three different options for eyelets on our banners:
Yes - Eyelets spaced evenly around the edge of the banner approximately every 50cm. (Eyelets are always spaced evenly so they can be as close as 37cm apart or as far as 75cm apart on certain banner sizes).
Four Corners - Eyelets only in the four corners of the banners
No - No eyelets.

Printing
We digitally print using a high resolution 4 colour (CMYK) process to
print all logos, text and background colours onto our products.
Pantone® Colours
If Pantone® colours are used in your design we will use the CMYK Pantone® matching system to print your graphics using CMYK inks. Please note: There are many Pantone® colours that cannot be accurately matched using CMYK colours. If you use a Pantone® colour that cannot be matched it will be converted to the closest CMYK colour available. If printing on a vinyl other than white, the colour or effect of the vinyl may affect the final printed colour.
